Why does it ask for Apple Health? So Bao knows when you moved, including workouts tracked on an Apple Watch or in another app. It reads workouts, heart rate, active energy and steps, and never writes anything to Health.
I said no to Health. Can I change it? Yes: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Lazy Gym Buddy.
Where is my data? On your iPhone only. There is no account and nothing is uploaded.
